Mercedes Benz SLS AMG 63 Brabus Review:

Last week I found out that one of my friends bought the new Mercedes Benz SLS AMG 63 Brabus. I had an exceptional experience driving this cool ride. I would like to share with you some facts of this vehicle’s engine, transmission, fuel consumption, and safety.

·         Engine

This limited edition vehicle enjoys a 563 hp in its engine with a torque power of 650 N.m. When this vehicle unleashes the beast under its hood, it runs from 0-60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. However, what really stands out of this vehicle’s engine is the fact that every engine is built by one person in the AMG factory and has a plaque on the top of the engine signed by the builder.

·         Transmission

The SLS 63 AMG Brabus gives the driver a broad of convenient choices of driving modes. These driving modes are C mode for “Controlled Efficiency”, S mode for “Sport”, S+ mode for “Sport plus” or M mode for ‘’Manual” when the driver uses the tiptronic transmission.

·          Fuel consumption

Every sport car lover has to sacrifice the cost of fuel consumption. This vehicle is mean when it comes to fuel consumption where it consumes 14 mpg in city and 20 mpg in highways.

·         Safety

This vehicle has standard safety features like an anti-locking system and a 3-stage ESP.  According to Car and driver magazine this car has a unique safety feature when it comes to gullwing doors.  Ten to fifteen milliseconds after a detected rollover, explosive bolts situated at the top of the door frame fire and bell cranks separate the doors from the car for easy exit during a serious accident.
